Energy Saving Assessment (ESA) refers to a legal management activity that, according to Energy Saving laws and standards, analyzes and evaluates whether the Energy utilization of fixed asset investment projects is scientific and reasonable, and prepares Energy Saving Assessment documents or fills in Energy Saving registration forms. The energy conservation evaluation document review opinion or the energy conservation registration form is an important basis for the project approval, approval or pre-construction conditions as well as the project design, construction and completion acceptance.
