Hazard and operability analysis (HAZOP) is the analysis of process drawings (P&ID and PFD) and operational procedures through a series of meetings. In the process, made up of various professional group in a specified way to systematically study each unit (that is, the analysis of node), analysis of deviations from design process conditions of process parameters (+ guide word) as a result of hazard and operability, to evaluate the existing risk control measures, supplementary control measures are put forward.
